Refund Policy (For Self-paced courses)
We offer a 5-day, 100% refund from the date of purchase for all our courses.
- You can raise your refund request at any time within the next 5 days.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed within 24–72 hours, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment mode within 8–21 business days.
- In case of duplicate payments, the refund will be processed through the same payment method within 8–21 working days after we receive your request.
- Please note that tax amounts (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- All refunds will be completed within 15 days of validation and approval of the request.
Cancellation Policy (For Live Courses)
- If you wish to cancel your live course/session booking, please submit your request at least 1 day before the batch start date (Day-0). We will provide a 100% refund.
- If you are unable to attend the full course after payment, you can request to join the next available batch. You may contact us via WhatsApp, and we are flexible in this.
- Please note that tax amounts (if applicable) are non-refundable.
